Classes Every Friday
Melanie Breaden Physiotherapy provides yoga classes every Wednesday at 11:15am and Friday at 10.30am at Club Lemon Tree. Classes run for 1 hour and cost $15 per person or get a bulk package (10 classes) for $130. Spots are limited, so call us on (02) 4982 5454. Clients are expected to bring their own mat, towel and water. Due to Covid-19, only 20 people are permitted to enter a class – however, this is subject to change in the future.
