What To Bring

On the day of your appointment at Melanie Breaden Physiotherapy, be sure to bring the following:

  • Any referrals given to you by your GP
  • Any recent scans or X-rays
  • Your Medicare card & any concession cards
  • Private health card

We recommend wearing loose, comfortable clothing so we can more easily assess your body and provide treatment. If you need to get changed, we can give you privacy to ready yourself for a consultation. We will also supply you with towels and a private room for your comfort. 


If you are unwell on the day of your appointment, please call reception and we will happily reschedule. Appointments must be cancelled with at least 4 hours’ notice to avoid paying a $40 cancellation fee.
