Classes Every Friday

Melanie Breaden Physiotherapy provides yoga classes every Friday at 10.30am at Lemon Tree Bowling Club Auditorium. Classes run for 1 hour and cost $15 per person or get a bulk package (10 classes) for $130. Spots are limited, so call us on (02) 4982 5454. Clients are expected to bring their own mat, towel and water. Due to Covid-19, only 20 people are permitted to enter a class – however, this is subject to change in the future.

With easy access parking and wheelchair access, our stunning waterfront clinic in Lemon Tree Passage is open 5 days a week, operating till 7pm on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays for your convenience.
